Role Overview
The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also vital.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
