Role Overview:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled inpatient and outpatient therapy services. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams, and documenting care in accordance with policies. New graduates are welcome, with opportunities for mentorship and career development, and a CEU budget provided for each therapist.
- Establishes treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status
- Educates and consults with patients, families, and other providers, making referrals as needed
- Delegates tasks to assistants and students based on competency
- Completes accurate documentation
- Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
- Physical Therapist License required
- No prior experience necessary; supervisory experience preferred but not required
