Role Overview:
The registered nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s nursing degree (preferred) and active RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).
- Current BLS certification; experience with direct patient care preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
