Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform comprehensive nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education. Ensure safe, efficient delivery of care with accurate documentation. Promote teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Support evidence-based practice, research activities, and policy adherence. Mentor and serve as a preceptor to colleagues and students, fostering a healthy work environment. Contribute to developing protocols and optimizing resource utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification required. Minimum two years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies professionally.
