Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using clinical judgment and individualized care.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering teamwork and respect within the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification required.
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. Ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
