Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practices, organizational standards, and professional ethics.
- Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and clinical standards.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making, respecting cultural diversity.
- Coordinate and document safe care delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting teamwork within a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and ensuring a qualified, future-ready workforce.
- Adhere to legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN (single or multi-state Compact) with required certifications (BLS, PALS, or equivalent).
- Educational background: Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
- Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
- Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations.
