Role Overview
Seeking a patient care-focused professional to assist in delivering high-quality nursing support within a healthcare system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including vital signs, EKGs, ultrasounds, blood checks, and specimen collection.
- Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Maintaining safety protocols, conducting hourly rounding, and offering emotional support to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Ensuring a safe environment and supporting patient comfort and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Preferred completion of CNA training or clinical rotations.
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in a medical setting.
- Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, prioritization, collaboration, and compliance skills.
Additional Details:
- Locations include various Illinois communities.
- Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts available with differentials.
- Full-time and part-time schedules offered.
