Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High School diploma required; Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required after a specified date.
- Experience: Prior relevant experience preferred, with details on years and type of experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist, Basic Life Support (BLS), and certification/licensure as specified, obtained within 90 days of hire.
