Role Overview:
This position involves providing comprehensive outpatient nursing care in a women’s health clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards. The nurse promotes patient-centered care, educates patients and families on managing health conditions, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Critical skills include evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural backgrounds, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, and a minimum of two years of experience is preferred. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and women’s health or urogynecology experience.
