Clinical Oncology Nurse Coordinator

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Coordinator to provide direct patient care in a busy oncology practice. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within nursing standards. Responsibilities include

promoting patient and family-centered care,

educating patients on illness management,

participating in safety and quality activities,

developing and communicating individualized care plans,

assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

Qualified candidates should possess RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree.
Preferred qualifications include a

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

2+ years of experience,

prior oncology experience. Strong attention to detail and autonomy are valued.
