Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, considering patients’ physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills
