Join an intimate acute medicine unit caring for adult patients with complex medical conditions such as renal, endocrine, neurological, GI/GU, pulmonary, infectious disease, and cardiology issues.
As a registered nurse, you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Responsibilities include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on illness management and medication, and participating in safety, quality, and compliance activities. You will develop and document personalized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, and no prior experience required. Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least two years of experience.
