This position involves providing direct patient care in a dynamic PACU environment, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on post-treatment management, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Critical thinking and assessment skills are essential to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license.
- Experience: No experience necessary; two years of experience and supervisor experience are preferred.
