Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
