Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while ensuring safety, dignity, and independence. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and engage residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, supporting dining services, maintaining a welcoming environment, and effectively communicating with families and care team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties: Supporting residents’ daily needs, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents, maintaining a clean environment, and documenting care activities.
