Join a Senior Living Team as an LPN Medication Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Nurse to provide safe and accurate medication administration, health monitoring, and clinical documentation for residents in a senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief through medication administration
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
