Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and documenting any changes.
Additional duties involve promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Effective communication with families and care teams is essential.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
Candidates should demonstrate compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
