Join Our Team as a Caregiver
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document any changes accurately
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversation and participation in daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
- Create enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care settings
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Essential qualities include compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
