Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting quality of life. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist with personal care, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, engage residents, support dining, and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
