Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a challenging and rewarding environment. The RN assesses, plans, executes, and evaluates patient care, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, addressing physical and psychosocial needs, coordinating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have graduated from a specialty nursing training program, possess the necessary licensure, and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in acute or transplant units is preferred.
Key Duties: Completing assessments, developing care plans, providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare team members, troubleshooting equipment, and actively participating in unit decision-making and quality improvement activities.
