Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Ensure patient and family education, discharge planning, and promote a compassionate, patient-centered experience.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Committed to high-quality, safe patient care and continuous improvement.
