Role: Responsible for delivering patient care as a Graduate Inpatient Nurse, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, following established standards and policies.
Key Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and participate in planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality, and safety initiatives.
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and evidence-based practices.
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to various inpatient units including ICU, emergency, maternity, and specialized care units.
