Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a float pool environment, providing direct patient care across multiple hospital locations.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; troubleshoot equipment; participate in evidence-based practice decisions; contribute to quality and safety initiatives; and uphold organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from specialty training program; highly preferred: minimum of two years recent inpatient float or travel nursing experience. Must be able to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and float between multiple facilities.
Key Duties: Provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate discharge planning, educate patients and families, participate in team decision-making, and support safety and quality improvement activities.
