Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team, primarily during night shifts.
Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with team members; prioritizing patient flow; documenting assessments and care activities; advocating for patient needs; and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
Key duties: Ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care; communicating with patients, families, and staff; maintaining professional standards; promoting patient satisfaction; mentoring colleagues; and participating in organizational initiatives.
Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; active RN license (single state or multi-state); current BLS certification; and preferred experience in direct patient care.
