Role Overview: This position involves managing nursing staff in Interventional Radiology and Radiation Oncology departments, including RN’s, Nurse Navigators, and Nurse Coordinators.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure departmental productivity aligns with operational goals and manage staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee patient care, developing collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including staffing needs and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-5 years RN experience with supervisory responsibilities; BSN required, Bachelor’s preferred.
- RN licensure is mandatory; additional radiology experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
