Role Overview

The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments safely and accurately to residents, ensuring dignity and proper documentation. Key duties include following physician orders, observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, completing narcotic counts, and maintaining clean medication carts and rooms. The role emphasizes preventing medication errors, early identification of health changes, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
