Join our multidisciplinary outpatient team as a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy.
- Responsibilities include: evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments affecting work or leisure activities, developing treatment plans, and considering discharge needs.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels, ensuring appropriate interventions.
- Provide assessments, consultations, and treatments following clinical guidelines and departmental policies.
- Support staff development, care delivery, and process improvements through participation in projects and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience; experience supervising is not required.
- Board certification and licensure in area of expertise.
