Role & Responsibilities: Plans and implements occupational therapy treatment programs for patients across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, based on accepted practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Supervises roles such as Occupational Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Aides, and students/observers.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires the ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations. Must have strength and stamina to lift loads up to 50 pounds, assist with patient mobility, and adapt to physical demands. Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and emergency situations. Physical activities include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting.
