Role: Caregiver, dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful senior care while fostering a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to enhance well-being.
Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
