Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes.
Engagement through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key duties.
In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.
Effective communication with families and care team members is vital for quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
