Role Overview:
This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for providing anesthesia services in a variety of hospital settings, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, cath labs, interventional radiology, and MRI. The role involves collaborating with physicians and medical staff to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care, documenting patient care, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Provide direct patient care and document procedures.
- Complete pre-anesthesia assessments, review lab results, and initiate anesthesia as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with legal and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Certification as a RN Anesthetist; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
