Role Overview:
The House Supervisor provides administrative oversight across the organization, ensuring patient safety, staffing, and complaint resolution. They act as a liaison between departments and represent administration during off-shifts. Responsibilities include managing staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. They supervise patient care delivery, respond to special circumstances, and assist in clinical operations and staff development. The role involves collaborating with departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and may include participation in staffing, budget, and resource planning.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Less than 2 years supervisory experience
- Current RN license
Preferred qualifications: a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience.
