Role and Responsibilities:
This position involves planning and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs for patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric. The therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver comprehensive care.
Supervision duties include overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students/observers.
Key duties encompass assessing patient needs, developing tailored interventions, and ensuring quality therapeutic services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should possess strong physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, assist with patient mobility, and make frequent location changes.
Ability to work effectively with reasonable accommodations if disabilities affect essential functions.
Must have good vision (with corrective aids) and hearing clarity (with assistance).
Skills in teamwork, communication, and adherence to occupational therapy practices are essential.
Key Duties:

Physical and Visual/Hearing Requirements:
