Care Manager

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Assist with personal care, promote safety and independence, engage residents, support dining, and document care activities. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
