Role Overview: The registered nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key intermediary between patients, families, and providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
- Core Responsibilities: Monitors patient conditions, assists with care planning, prioritizes patient flow, and documents assessments and interventions. Advocates for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and maintaining confidentiality.
