Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary care team, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
- Coordinate safe and effective care delivery through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practice.
- Serve as preceptor or mentor to foster workforce development and a positive work environment.
- Develop protocols, participate in data collection, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
