Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency in computer data entry required.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
