Physical Therapist – Live Well Homecare

Role & Responsibilities:
The Home Health Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team.
They are accountable for program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and enhancing productivity in a flexible environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational background in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate (DPT) required after 2015.

Licensed Physical Therapist with required certifications and licensures.

–

Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

–

Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), auto liability insurance, and auto liability insurance.

–

Experience preferred, with emphasis on experience duration and type.

–

Additional requirements include Auto Liability Insurance and the ability to obtain certain certifications within 90 days of hire.
