Position Overview: Provides physical therapy treatment for patients across all ages by developing and implementing personalized therapy programs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. - Evaluates patients, assesses performance, and determines intervention needs based on ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or GED, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), and licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 90 days of hire.
