Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality, personalized nursing care within a dynamic, multi-campus environment. The RN will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, fostering meaningful connections with patients and families while ensuring evidence-based outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required); specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and technical skills; ability to remain calm under pressure and apply critical thinking.
