Role Overview: This position is for an experienced Registered Nurse supporting a high-impact, multi-campus Med Surg team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will deliver personalized, evidence-based care, build meaningful patient relationships, and contribute to improving care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring top-quality patient care.
- Foster a safe, respectful team environment and support team engagement.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
- Lead in applying evidence-based practices and support continuous quality improvement.
- Plan proactively for patient care, optimize resource use, and contribute to care protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license (single or multi-state).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; national specialty certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience with data entry proficiency.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies.
