Key Duties:
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, conduct professional development, and manage staffing needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: 2-5 years for associate’s level; 5-10 years for bachelor’s, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
- Skills: Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and communication skills.
