Diagnostic Radiology Technologist – Night Shift

Role Overview: Responsible for performing standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating equipment, and maintaining related records.


Key Duties:

  • Performs radiological and fluoroscopic exams with proper patient positioning and exposure techniques.
  • Operates all equipment within the modality proficiently.
  • Sets up immobilization and radiation protective devices.
  • Analyzes patient body size, condition, and suspected pathology to tailor examinations.
  • Assists physicians during procedures.
  • Reports equipment malfunctions and suggests repairs or adjustments.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation.
  • Participates in Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities.
  • Contributes to the educational training of students.

Work is performed in a clinical environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The role requires a graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology, demonstrating competency in radiographic procedures and equipment operation.
