Role Overview:
This position is for a Full-Time Radiology Technologist responsible for performing general radiographic procedures to diagnose and treat adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting imaging examinations independently, and providing high-quality customer service. Candidates should hold an associate degree or equivalent and be certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing patients and equipment for procedures with professionalism and clear instructions.
- Executing radiographic examinations independently, including portable and on-call procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Associate degree or trade school equivalency.
- Licenses & Certifications: Radiology Technologist registration, IEMA certification (excluding MRI).
- Experience: Entry level or up to 2 years preferred; CPR certification is a plus.
Additional Details:
- Flexibility in shift start times between 8am-10:30am, with options for 8 or 10-hour shifts.
