Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. The nurse acts as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting in care planning and ensuring safe, effective care according to policies.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education includes an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS and RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Must maintain current licenses and certifications, with a focus on professionalism, communication, and teamwork.
