Role Overview: This position involves performing respiratory therapy procedures for patients with diverse needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises related staff positions as assigned

Administers respiratory treatments and manages patient airway care

Monitors patient responses and documents treatment outcomes

Ensures adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards

Coordinates with healthcare teams to develop care plans

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires current licensure or certification in respiratory therapy

Strong knowledge of respiratory procedures, equipment, and patient care standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to handle emergency situations effectively

Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds
Mobility and stamina for frequent patient positioning and physical activities
Corrected vision and hearing to perform duties
Potential exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and the need to wear protective gear
