Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) (required); relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2015
Experience
- Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience
Certifications & Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within 90 days of start)
- Licensed Physical Therapist from the licensing board
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) Certification
