Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practices and organizational models.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, respecting cultural differences.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, updates, and goal-focused care plans.
- Coordinate safe, quality care via interdisciplinary collaboration and timely documentation.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a competent and future-ready nursing workforce.
- Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Current BLS certification.
- Less than one year of clinical experience preferred, with completion of accredited nursing program.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth.
