**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications & Skills:**
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
– Valid RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required).
– At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and experience with computer data entry.
– Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred.
– Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to remain calm under pressure.
