Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care

Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and commitment to patient safety are essential.
